- There are around 350 individuals in the wild as of 2010.
- Male Indochinese tigers can weigh 331-430 lb and range in size 8.4 to 9.4 ft. Females can weigh 220-290 lb and range in size 7.5 to 8.4 ft.
- Indochinese tigers engage in mating habits year-round but mate most frequently from November to early April.
- Litter sizes can reach up to seven cubs. Cubs will break away from their mothers to hunt as early as 18 months and as late as 28 months.
- Their life span can range from 15-26 years depending on living conditions and whether they live in the wild or in captivity.
- Because of their small numbers, Indochinese tigers tend to inbreed, leading to weakened genes.
